riottHotel for theAnnual COGIC
Charities PresidingBishop’sWe
CareBanquet. This annual gath-
ering raises funds to give schol-
arships to young people from
all over theworld. This year’s
guest speakerwas comedian
ChrisTucker. Tucker is a lifelong
member of theChurchOfGod In
Christ and the son of Supervisor
MaryB. Tucker and the lateNor-
risTucker ofAtlanta, Georgia.
ChrisTuckerwas very at home in
front of theCOGIC crowd.After
his attempt at calling theCOGIC
protocol, hewas off and running.
After commending one of the
graduateswho receivedmany
scholarships to attendHarvard,
Tucker informed the crowd that
he toowent toHarvard. “Yes, I
went to pick something up from
