Who isKaleMann?
KaleMann is a fourth-generationmember ofCOGIC, an ordained
elder and preacher of the gospel of JesusChrist. Hewas ordained
andmentored under lateGeneral BoardMemberBishopFrankO.
White.Although raised in a very
spiritual household,Mannwas
not exonerated from life’s temp-
tations. Negative encounters
with the law and poor decision-
making resulted in a criminal re-
cord and a child at a young age.
He had the choice to either allow
hismistakes to overtake him or
be accountable for his actions.
He chose to strive to provide
a better future for himself. He
is the founder and president of
Soar IntoYourDestiny (SIYD),
a nonprofit organization that
provides career readiness pro-
grams for student athletes and
young adults. Kale earned his
bachelor’s degree inBusiness
Management andComputer
Programming fromBuffaloState
College. He is the youngestAf-
rican-American boardmember
for LakeshoreSavingsBank in
NewYork, with over a decade
of experience in businessmanagement, brandmanagement, and
people development, including diversity training. ElderMann has
established himself as an ambassador for effective living through
established principles. He is a proud husband, father, and ordained
minister. His call to help people from everywalk of life iswhat
drives him from day to day.
