Local government officials and theRwandan
mediawere on hand to celebrate and document the
event. COGIC pastors and congregants from neigh-
boring villageswere also present and joined the
festivities. Justmoments after the ribbon cutting and
prayer of dedication, theLord allowed the sky to open
and a drenching rain fell from heaven.
Happy to see the rain, some of the saints
began towalk outside allowing themselves to be
drenched by the rain. Itwas as ifGodHimself sent
His seal of approval for thewaterwell by sending
rain from above. To say the least, the people inside
the church danced and praisedGod for over an hour
for themiracle of cleanwater.
