persons (NJAC), and interview Superintendent
Gary Bush, Coordinator to bring awareness

TWT:What is theNational Ju-
risdictionalAIMChairpersons
Network?
SUPT.BUSH:
It is a network
or connectingmechanism to orga-
nize all JurisdictionalAIMChair-
persons in theChurch ofGod in
Christ.
TWT:Whenwas the network
established andwhywas it estab-
lished?
SUPT.BUSH:
The network
was established in2005 at the
InternationalAIMConvention in
KansasCity,Missouri to provide
a forum of fellowship, support,
and training for Jurisdictional
AIMChairpersons throughout the
Church ofGod inChrist.
TWT:As the national coordinator,
what are your responsibilities?
SUPT.BUSH:
I am respon-
sible forworkingwith theNJAC
leadership team to create training
in strategic convention planning,
business operations, finance and
budgeting, negotiating contracts,
worship planning, andmore, to
develop innovative transforma-
tional JurisdictionalAIM conven-
tions. With the assistance of the
executive secretary ofNJAC, I am
responsible for building andmain-
taining a database that contains all
the contact information for Juris-
dictionalAIMChairpersons in the
Church ofGod inChrist as a tool
to keep all of theAIMChairper-
sons connected. I am expected to
be available to all Jurisdictional
AIMChairpersons to provide ad-
vice and guidancewith challenges
encountered as they fulfill their
responsibilities in their jurisdic-
tions.
TWT: Serving under the leader-
ship ofAIMChairmanLinwood
Dillard, what is the vision for
NJAC?
SUPT.BUSH:
To continue to
expand the network by encour-
agingmore participation from
JurisdictionalAIMChairpersons,
utilizing the latest in technology to
communicate details of our events,
training sessions, and empower-
ment gatherings; continue to create
an environment of inclusion and
shared experiences; provide op-
portunities forAIM chairpersons
to share their gifts and abilities
amongst the network; increase the
profile of the network to greater
prominence in our church; and to
be an invaluable asset and support
system toChairmanDillard as
he fulfills the visionof the In-
ternationalAIMConvention by
completing tasks assigned to us in
excellence and professionalism.
TWT:As I sat in themeeting, I
observed the camaraderie, jovial
fellowship and the business inter-
action among the leadership team
and those in attendance. Please
share briefly the importance of
having unity and a team spirit
within a network, especially in
churchministry.
SUPT.BUSH:
Much is accom-
plishedwhen you have a shared
vision, and a spirit of teamwork
and inclusion amongst the leader-
ship exists. We have formed a
brotherhood and inter-dependence
by respecting eachother’s input
and recognizingwhat each leader
brings to the team. The leadership
