COGIC ARC Policy

ARC Uses Your Personal Information: COGIC defines personal information as information that COGIC collects and receives, including information related to your registration, products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

E-mail Address Usage: Your e-mail address is required for identification and in the event COGIC needs to contact you. Your e-mail address is also required when creating an ARC account. The e-mail address provided at enrollment is retained as your primary e-mail address. Once a primary e-mail address is assigned to your ARC account, it cannot be deleted. If there is no e-mail address associated with your account and you add one, it is automatically designated as your primary e-mail address.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY: You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the COGIC Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify COGIC of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. COGIC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
